“As an attorney, I could work in any area of law. For me, there is nothing more satisfying than helping someone realize their dreams of living and contributing to this country.” – Attorney Daniel J. Fisher

Daniel J. Fisher is the managing partner of the Fisher Legal Group, where he focuses almost exclusively on immigration law Before founding his own firm, Mr. Fisher gained valuable experience working for other immigration firms—during which he filed visas for corporations, individuals, and entertainers, and secured hundreds of employment-based visas for immigrants.

Attorney Daniel Fisher co-founded the Fisher Legal Group in 2006 with Attorney Eric D. Frommer. Since then, he has been tasked with handling all types of complex immigration matters—including international adoptions, national interest waivers, F-1 visas, citizenship, family-based immigration petitions, deportation and removal cases, immigration appeals, and I-751 visas.

His experience with business and employment visas includes:

  • Software companies
  • Hospitals
  • Assisted living facilities
  • Universities
  • Manufacturing companies
  • Entertainment companies

Due to the complex nature of immigration law, Attorney Daniel Fisher frequently travels to represent clients across the nation. Apart from serving Florida communities, he has represented clients in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Dallas, Georgia, Boston, North Carolina, New York, Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Reno, and Louisiana. He also appears in USCIS interviews and immigration court between 75 and 100 times each year.

Attorney Daniel Fisher is well-versed in every aspect of immigration law, including deportation and removal cases, and regularly helps individuals who face allegations of fraud, overstay, and various other criminal offenses. For this reason, he is experienced in handling waivers, motions for post-conviction relief, motions to vacate plea agreements, appeals, asylum cases, adjustments, and cancellation of removal cases.

Attorney Fisher is confident in his ability to provide the passionate, dedicated, and aggressive legal advocacy that his clients need when they are faced with complex immigration matters. “I have not counted how many immigration cases I have handled,” explains Fisher, “I estimate that the number is easily in the thousands. Based on this experience, there is rarely a situation that we have not seen before.”
